Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding
that information when you use the Vibe Vault mobile application and related services.
By using Vibe Vault you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account information – your name, email address, and (if you sign in with
Google or Apple) the account identifier provided by those services.
Subscription & billing data – your subscription tier (Free, Basic, or
Premium) and the status of your purchase. We do not store your payment-card
details; those are handled exclusively by Stripe (for web/direct payments) and Apple's or
Google's in-app purchase infrastructure.
Usage data – songs played, playlists created, tracks hidden or favourited,
and download activity. This lets us enforce per-plan quotas and improve the app.
Device & log data – device type, operating system version, app version,
and anonymous crash / error reports used for debugging.
2. How We Use Your Information
Provide and improve the Vibe Vault service.
Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
Process and verify subscriptions and enforce download quotas.
Send transactional emails (e.g. password resets) via Resend.
Diagnose technical issues and monitor service health.
Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
Vibe Vault integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by its own
privacy policy:
RevenueCat – manages in-app subscription state and entitlements on iOS and
Android. RevenueCat may collect purchase receipts and subscriber identifiers.

Google Sign-In – optional authentication provider. If you sign in with
Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.

Sign in with Apple – optional authentication provider. If you sign in with
Apple, we receive the account identifier and, optionally, your name and a relay email
address.
Apple Privacy Policy
We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you delete
your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where
retention is required by law (e.g. financial records).
5. Children's Privacy
Vibe Vault is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with
personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
Data portability.

7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed
passwords, and JWT-based authentication tokens. No method of transmission over the Internet is
100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but strive to protect your information.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last
updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Vibe Vault after changes are posted
constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
