Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Vibe Vault mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Vibe Vault ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Vibe Vault. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Vibe Vault offers the following subscription tiers:
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting us at support@vibe-vault.me.
All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
Refund policy: Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial charge for annual plans. Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. After 30 days from the original purchase date, all charges are final and non-refundable.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' respective refund policies, which may differ from ours.
All music, audio recordings, artwork, and other content available through Vibe Vault ("Content") is owned by or licensed to Vibe Vault. Every song in the Service is created and owned by The Destiny Numbers LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in the Content to you.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream and (where your subscription permits) download Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, transmit, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including suspending or terminating their account.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at support@vibe-vault.me to request deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The Content available through Vibe Vault is intended for personal wellbeing and entertainment purposes only. We make no medical, therapeutic, or scientific claims regarding the effects of any music, frequencies, or numerical codes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vibe Vault and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
